How to use Descrambler:
  1. Enter alphabets to search for: eg. "anceten?" (without the quotes). Question mark (?) represents wildcard.
  2. Optionally enter regular expression pattern for filtering search results: eg. "can.*" (without the quotes)
  3. Check the anagram check box if you only want anagram search results to be displayed
  4. Click on the Search button

Descrambler 2.0.0 has been released featuring a lot of changes:

  • Bug fix: Saving options was not being saved into the same directory as EXE
  • Added word list editor
  • Implemented new user interface; tab-style
  • Added input auto-complete feature, history can be saved
  • Added simple print and print preview feature
  • No longer determine file type by extension, instead checks file contents
  • Can specify word list file name via command line argument
  • Can enable/disable caching
  • Optimised cache performance; faster removal of cache item from cache list
